摘 要:针对当前国内外广泛应用的工程成本和进度的挣值法所存在的问题,以现行的挣值法为基础,在考虑质量影响因素的前提下,构建了质量挣值法模型,建立了工程项目实际质量水平的评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价方法,对工程项目的实际质量水平进行了度量,健全和完善了现行的挣值法,实现了质量挣值法的集成管理研究,使工程项目质量、成本和进度三大目标的控制协调一致,全面衡量和反映了工程项目整体进展的实际状况,进而明确了工程项目的控制重点,确保了工程项目质量、成本和进度目标的集成管理。In order to realize the integrated management of the quality, the cost and the progress in engineering project, the problem of cost and progress earned value method is analyzed which is used in domestic and abroad engineering managements at present. On the basis of current earned value method and the influence of quality, the quality earned value model is established and the indices system of project practicing quality level is constructed. Through applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this method could measure the project practicing quality level and improve the current earned value method, and further realize the integrated management research of quality earned value. Besides it could make the three goals of quality, cost and progress into harmony. The paper entirely evaluates and reflects the true situation of the project process and specifies the most important control points, which ensures the project integrated management of the quality, cost and progress.
