天津大银鱼受精卵表面结构的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：用扫描电镜对天津大银鱼受精卵的卵表面进行了观察，根据观察结果，描述了大银鱼受精卵的胚孔、卵膜丝、卵膜表面的形态特征，讨论了这些形态特征在大银鱼受精过程中的功能及胚胎发育与环境的关系。Observation on the ultrastructure of zygote of Tianjin Large icefish, Eperlanus chinensis Basilewsky was made and based on the results, characteristics of the embryo hole and filaments of external egg membrane in zygote of the fish was described in the article. Functions of these characteristics in the process of Large icefish fertilization and relations between embryo development and environments were descussed.
