Taxonomical Study of Sterictiphora Billerg (Hymenoptera:Argidae) of China with Descriptions of Nine New Species

摘　　要：记述中国脊颜三节叶蜂科脊颜三节叶蜂属9新种：安城脊颜三节叶蜂Sterictiphoraanchengicasp.nov.，弯角脊颜三节叶蜂S.antennatasp.nov.，波脉脊颜三节叶蜂S.curvatasp．nov，李氏脊颜三节叶蜂S.liisp.nov.，黑色脊颜三节叶蜂S.nigritanasp.nov.,长柄脊颜三节叶蜂S．pedicellasp.nov.，上海脊颜三节叶蜂S.shanghaiensissp.nov.,沟盾脊颜三节叶蜂S.sulcatasp.nov.,和黄腹脊颜三节叶蜂S.xanthogastersp.nov.。Nine new species of the genus Sterictiphora Billerg of Argidae from China are described and figured. The type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University, Zhuzhou, China.1. Stetictiphora anchengica Wei sp. nov.This new species is similar to S. shanghaiensis Wei sp. nov. but differs from it in postocellar area less than 2 times as wide as long, lateral furrows slightly converging backwards,clypeus very shallowly incised, mesoscutellum as wide as long and flat, front wing with lm-on and 2m-on not interstitial with other veins.Holotype: ♂, Guangxi, June 20, 1951, Li Luhua.2. Sterictiphora antennata Wei sp. nov.This new species is closely allied to Sterictzphora lli Wei sp. nov. but differs from it in the base of antenna strongly emarginated, the upper and lower margins of cell 2Rs subequal in length, 3r-m evenly convex at mid,dle, on-a in hind wing longer than petiole of anal cell and clypeus deeply incised.Holotype: ♀, Shanxi, Ganquan, June 2, 1971, Yang Jikun.3. Sterictiphora curvata Wei sp. nov.This new species is allied to Stencilphora lli Wei sp. nov. and S. antennata Wei sp. nov.but differs from them in head narrowed behind eyes, POL shorter than OCL, mesoscutellum without distinct punctures, 3r-m in front wing weakly curved, clypeus and supraclypeal area black.Holotype: ♀, Ningxia, Jingyuan, July 27, Liu Guoqing.4. Sterictiphora lli Wei sp. nov.This new species is closely allied to S. antennata sp. nov. but difers from it in the base of antenna not incised, clypeus shallowly emarginated, the upper part of vein 3r-m distinctly oblique, the upper margin of cell 2Rs distinctly longer than the lower margin, on-a in hind. wing shorter than stalk of anal cell.Holotype: ♀, Shanxi, Ganquan, June 26, 1971, Yang Jikun; paratypes: 2♀♀, June 15, 1971; 1♀, June 26, 1971; 1♀, May 30, 1971; location same as the holotype (China Agricultural University).5. Sterictiphora nigritana Wei sp. nov.This new species is similar to S. xanthogaster Wei sp. nov., but differs from
