摘　　要：Th_(17)细胞是新近认定的不同于Th_1和Th_2的特有T细胞系,与其他免疫细胞协调介导各种免疫反应,在一些原来认为由Th_1介导的自身免疫性疾病中起重要作用。已有研究证明Th_(17)细胞也介导银屑病的发病,并提示其在一些皮肤病中起作用。Th17 cells were identified as a distinct T-cell lineage different from Th1 and Th2 recently ,with the function of cooperatively mediate various immunologic responses and playing important roles in autoimmune diseases with other immune cells which were considered to be mediated by Th1 originally. Th17 cells have been demonstrated also to act as a mediator in pathogenesis of psoriasis, and suggested to play roles in certain skin diseases.
