摘 要:以活性艳红X-3B作为研究实样,对活性染料的溶剂浮选动力学进行了初步研究。试验表明:在较低的流速下,速率常数的增加与气体流速成正比,溶剂浮选过程中-ln(At/A0)与时间的关系符合一级动力学方程。所选3种活性染料同时进行气浮溶剂浮选,其萃取率均大于96%;与常用的溶剂萃取法相比较,溶剂浮选法具有富集倍数大,回收率高,溶剂用量少等优点。将浮选后有机相直接用于光度法分析。将此方法应用于测定某印染厂废水中活性艳红X-3B的含量,测得其浮选率为98.1%,回收率为93.6%。It was found by the kinetic study of solvent floatation of reactive dyestuff (taking the reactive scarlet red X-3B as an object in the study), that under a relatively low flow-rate, the increase of speed constant was directly proportional to the flow-rate of the floatation gas (i. e. nitrogen), and in the course of solvent floatation, the relationship between -ln(At/A0) and t was in conformity to the 1st order kinetic equation. Rate of extraction of 3 different reactive dyestuffs separated by the solvent floatation was determined in mixtures, the values obtained were all over 96%. The solvent floatation was proved to have large multiple factor of enrichment, high recovery and less consumption of solvents, as compared with the conventional solvent extraction. The reactive dyestuff floated in the organic phase was determined directly in it by photometry. A sample of waste water from a dyeing mill was analyzed by the proposed method for the content of scarlet red X-3B, giving values of floatation rate and recovery of 98. 1% and 93. 6% respectively.
