摘　　要：离子液体是在室温下或接近于室温下呈液态的物质。基于离子液体独特的物理化学性质,在毛细管电泳中应用最多。综述了近年来离子液体在毛细管电泳中应用的研究进展(引用文献43篇)。Ionic liquids （also known as room temperature molten salts） are characterized by their special feature of keeping liquid state under room temperature or under temperatures a little below room temperature. Based on the unique physicochemical property, ionic liquids were applied widely in capillary electrophoresis, and a review on this topic pertaining to the progress and trends, covering mainly the years from 1999 to 2007, was presented in this paper （43 ref. cited）.
