摘　　要：从20世纪70年代末至90年代初,中国外交政策进行了重大调整,对外关系格局实现了从"一条线"向全方位的转变。在这一过程中,中苏关系正常化是极其重要的一环,它关乎全局,贯穿始终。作为20世纪后期国际关系中的一个重大事件,中苏关系正常化不仅标志着中国全方位外交格局基本建立,而且对苏联解体后中俄关系的顺利发展以及冷战后的国际形势有非常重要的意义。The Chinese diplomatic policy underwent major readjustments in the period from the late 1970s to the early 1990s and the foreign relations pattern accomplished the transformation from ＂one-line＂ diplomacy to all- round diplomacy. In this process, the normalization of Sino-Soviet relations was a matter of overall significance and ran through the whole course, constituting a key link in the chain. As an important event of the late 20th century in international relations the normalization of Sino-Soviet relations not only marked the basic establishment of China＇ s all-round diplomatic setup, but also was of great significance for the smooth development of Sino-Russian relations following the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the international situation after the end of the Cold War.
