摘  要:目的:从匝迪-5中提取多糖并测定了匝迪-5多糖的抗氧化作用。方法:羟基自由基(.OH)由Fenton体系产生,超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)由邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生,采用比色法测定匝迪-5多糖对.OH和O2-·的清除能力,并用甘露醇进行比较。结果:匝迪-5多糖对.OH和O2-·有较强的清除作用,匝迪-5多糖达到50%清除率所需药物浓度,EC50分别为1.0 mg·mL-1和2.62 mg·mL-1,同样条件下甘露醇达到50%清除率所需药物浓度,EC50分别为2.65 mg·mL-1和2.64mg·mL-1。结论:匝迪-5多糖的清除能力较甘露醇强,并且浓度与清除率呈正相关。Objective:To study extraction and antioxidant effect of polysaccharides from Zadi -5. Methods:Hydroxyl(· OH) was produced by Fenton reaction and super -oxide radical( O2^- ) was produced by the oxidation of pyrogallol. Its antioxidant effect was tested by the colorimetry and compared with mannitol. Results:Polysaccharides of Zadi - 5 had stronger scavenging effect for · OH and O2^-. The amounts of scavenging 50% (EC50)· OH and Of was 1.0 mg·mL^-1 and 2.62 mg ·mL^-1 ,but the amount of scavenging 50% (EC50)· OH and O2 was 2.65 mg· mL^-1 and 2.64 mg· mL^-1 of mannitol. Conclusion:Its activities are stronger than mannitol, and present the positive correlation with the amounts.
