摘  要:目的:建立微分电位溶出法测定药物中微量铅。方法:以镀铋膜电极代替汞膜电极为工作电极进行同位镀铋微分电位溶出分析,依据溶出峰值(dt/dE)与被测离子浓度成正比的关系定量。结果:在HAc-NaAc介质中,铅可在镀铋膜电极上得到灵敏的微分电位溶出峰,峰电位为-0.55 V,检出限为0.0008μg·mL-1,建立了测定药物中微量铅的铋膜电极微分电位溶出测定法。结论:方法无污染,灵敏、简便,是一种快速绿色的分析方法。Objective: To set up a fast method without pollution for the determination of Pb in medicine. Method: A bismuth-film electrode was used to take place of mercury - membrane electrode as work electrode, and Pb was determined by differential potentiometric stripping method of isochronous bismuth plating. Results: In HAc - NaAc buffer solutions ( pH=4. 4) , the sensitive stripping peak (dr/dE) of the ions was obtained ( - 0. 55 V for Pb), the detection limit was 0. 0008 μg · mL^-1 for Pb. The method has been applied to determine Pb in medicine with satis- factory results. Conclusion:The proposed analytical method had the advantage of high sensitivity, simplicity and without pollution for the determination of Pb in medicine.
