摘 要:目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定螃蟹甲药材中山栀苷甲酯的含量。方法:采用TIANHE C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相;流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为236 nm。结果:山栀苷甲酯进样量在0.052~0.52μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);高、中、低3个剂量组平均回收率分别为99.5%,100.6%,98.1%;RSD分别为1.1%,1.3%,0.42%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为螃蟹甲药材的质量控制方法。Objective: To develop an RP - HPLC method for the determination of shanzhiside methyl ester in Phlomis younghusbandii Mukerjee. Methods:TIANHE C18 column(200 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile -water (12: 88) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1, the detective wavelength was set at 236 nm. Results:The linear range of shanzhiside methyl ester was 0. 052 -0. 52 μg( r = 0. 9993). In the high, medium, low concentration, the average recoveries of shanzhiside methyl ester were 99.5%, 100. 6%, 98.1% with corre-sponding RSD 1.1%, 1.3% ,0.42%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability, which can be used for the quality control of Phlomis younghusbandii Mukerjee.
