西堠门大桥钢丝绳吊索锚头密封防腐蚀技术研究

摘　　要：介绍了西堠门大桥吊索钢丝绳锚头用不干性密封膏灌注密封和用聚硫密封剂封堵及整体密封的新工艺。经模拟试验和现场验证试验表明,该方案符合施工和设计要求,能达到西堠门大桥吊索锚头密封防腐的效果。In this paper, suspender＇ wire ropes against a new sealing method is put forward for the Xihoumen Bridge to protect the corrosion. By perfusing a kind of non-drying corrosion-proof rubber sealant paste into the inner of suspender＇ steel strands and subsequently coating a vulcanized polysulfide rubber sealant and surrounding a few layers of coated glass cloth, the anchor root of the sling strands is well protected against invasion of moisture and raining water to ensure its long service life. Both simulation experiment and site tests show that the process is quite reliable and practicable.
