摘 要:在实验的基础上给出了酸溶玻璃的基本组成、制备工艺及性能参数,论述了酸溶法光纤传像束酸溶机理,酸溶工艺及影响像束酸溶的一些因素。实验结果表明,选用合适的酸溶液,控制好酸的浓度、温度和时间的量化关系,对于降低传像束的断丝率,提高传像束的性能及其良品率,具有非常明显的效果。Based on the experiment, basic composition, preparation technology and performance parameters of acid-leaching glass are determined. Acid-leaching mechanism, technique, many factors and influence of acid-leaching effect are discussed. Experirnental results indicate it is very important that proper acid solution type, acid concentration, and quantitative relationship between dissolve temperature and time are controlled properly. These technique parameters can improve the optical performance and qualified rate of optical fiber image bundle significantly, except that they can decrease the broken wire rate effectively.
