面向产品配置的相对相似度计算方法及其应用

摘　　要：利用产品相似度计算方法,分析了配置产品的结构属性并求解了各个结构属性的相似度,计算了由客户需求属性映射为产品结构属性的结构相似度。提出了产品结构属性相似度与客户需求结构属性相似度的相对相似度计算方法。建立了最短距离模型,利用最短距离模型对相对相似度进行了分析,提出了基于相对相似度的最相似产品检索方法。以泵体为例,对上述方法进行了应用验证。Utilizing the computation method of product similarity, the structural attribute of disposed products was analyzed and the similarity of attribute of each structure was solved; and the structural similarity for the attribute of product structure mapped from the attribute of customer＇ s requirements was calculated. The computation method for the relative similarity of the attribute similarity of product structure and of the attribute similarity of customer＇ s requirements structure has been put forward. The shortest distance model was established. The analysis has been carried out on the relative similarity by the use of shortest distance model. The searching method of the most similar product was put forward based on relative similarity. Using the pump body as an example the application verification has been carried out on the above-stated method.
