摘  要:介绍了钉扣机构的拓扑优化设计方法。通过对新产品功能的分解,提出了基于概念设计的机构方案,应用拓扑学理论对机构进行拓扑布局的优化与结构参数优化,取得创新设计最佳方案。通过基于遗传算法的钉扣机产品拓扑优化设计实例,验证了该设计方法在工程实际应用中的可行性和实用性。The topological optimization designing method of claspers binding mechanism was introduced. Through the decomposition on the functions of new product, the scheme of mechanism based on the conception design was put forward. To carrying out the optimization of topological layout and the optimization of structural parameters on the mechanism by the topological theory, the optimal scheme of innovative design was obtained. By means of a living example of the topological optimization design on the product of claspers binding machine based on the genetic algorithm, the feasibility and practicality in the engineering practical application of this designing method was validated.
