摘  要:将悬臂螺旋输送机中一个节距内的物料以通过轴中心线的垂直平面分为左右两部分,通过分析筒形悬臂螺旋输送机螺旋轴受力状态和物料左右重心的轨迹变化,提出了用动态双重心法来求解螺旋轴的挠度值,并通过实例计算结果与ANSYS分析值对比验证了动态双重心法分析螺旋输送机螺旋轴变形的正确性。研究结果表明,影响螺旋体挠度的主要因素是螺旋轴的重力和被输送物料对叶片产生的圆周力;螺旋输送机内物料填充率从0~1变化时,螺旋轴在物料作用下挠度的变化趋势为:低-高-低,填充率在0.73处时挠度达到最大值;悬臂螺旋输送机向上输送物料时,其螺旋轴挠度随输送倾角的增大而增大,而向下输送时,其螺旋轴挠度随输送倾角的增大而减小;随着螺旋升角的减小,螺旋输送机内物料填充率的变化对螺旋轴挠度的影响程度降低。Let the materials within one pitch of the cantilever screw conveyer be divided into left and right two parts by the perpendicular plane of shaft center line, and by means of analyzing the force bearing status of cylindrical screw shaft of cantilever screw conveyer and the locus variation of the left and right barycenters of materials, the double barycenters method for solving the deflection value of the screw shaft has been put forward. And through the contrast of the calculational result of a living example with the analytical value of ANSYS the correctness of the dynamic double barycenters method used for analyzing the deformation of screw shaft of screw conveyer was testified. The result of research showed that the main factors that affect the deflection of screw body were the deadweight of screw shaft and the circumferential force produced on the vane by the materials being transported. The varying trend of deflection of the screw shaft under the action of materials was low - high - low when the filling rate of the materials inside the screw conveyer varies from 0 to 1, and the deflection reached to its maximum value while the filling rate was at 0.73. While the cantilever screw conveyer was transporting materials upwards the deflection of screw shaft augmented along with the increment of transporting obliquity, but when it was transporting materials downwards the deflection of screw shaft diminished along with the increase of transporting obliquity. In the wake of the diminution of helical lead angle the influencing extent of the variation of materials filling rate inside the screw conveyer on the screw shaft deflection was reduced.
