摘 要:本文从理论和实验上研究了退火温度对Fe73.5Cu1Nb1.5Mo1.5V1Si13.5B9非晶合金电阻率和磁阻的影响,发现当退火温度>400℃时,约化电阻率开始明显变小,在555℃时达到最小值.随着退火温度再进一步提高,约化电阻率起初也随之提高,然后变化不大,经不同温度退火后的非晶合金样品的横向磁阻在不同强度的磁场作用下没有明显变化,为进一步了解非晶合金的微观结构和导电机制以及建立新的理论提供准确和重要的实验结果.The electrical resistivity and magnetoresistivity of amorphous FeCuNbMoVSiB alloy prepared by annealing the amorphous alloy at different constant temperatures are investigated both experimentally and theoretically in this paper. It is found that the resistivity decreases apparently when the annealing temperature is over 400℃ and reaches the minimum at the temperature of 555℃. Then it increases gradually at first and changes slightly afterwards with the annealing temperature. The transverse magnetoresistivity of the amorphous alloy prepared by annealing the amorphous alloy under different constant temperatures and in magnetic fields, shows no apparent change with the strength of the magnetic field. These accurate and important experimental results contribute to further understanding the microstructure of the amorphous alloy and setting up a new theory in the future.
