摘 要:在纯铜和BFe10-1-1铁白铜中添加不同比例的稀土元素,经熔铸、轧制和热处理试验,通过对试样进行组织与力学性能分析,研究了稀土对其再结晶温度的影响。结果显示,随着稀土含量的增加,在相同退火条件下纯铜和BFe10-1-1铁白铜的再结晶程度均明显降低,表明其再结晶温度均有所提高。第二相粒子对位错的钉扎作用是再结晶温度提高的根本原因。Different amount of rare earth (RE)elements were added to the pure copper and BFe10-1-1 alloy, and a series of samples were prepared after melting, casting, rolling and heat treating. The influences of rare earth (RE)elements on the recrystallization temperature of pure copper and BFe10-1-1 alloy were studied by analysis of microstrueture and mechanical properties. The results show that with increasing additions of RE elements, the recrystallization degree of pure copper and BFe10-1-1 alloy at the same annealing condition are significantly lower, which means the recrystallization temperature are increased. The pinning effect of second phase particles on dislocations is the essential reason of the recrystallization temperature increasing.
