摘 要:按照不同的时间尺度分析了黄河口演变对下游河道宏观、中观和微观的反馈影响,结果表明三者之间是辨证统一的关系。为了减少黄河口演变对下游河道的反馈影响,应在黄河中上游、下游、河口尾闾段进行综合治理:①中上游实施水利水保建设、水沙调控体系建设和完善及滩区放淤工程建设等;②下游实施河道整治、引水引沙等;③尾闾河段应合理安排流路、尽量缩短河长、挖河疏浚、引高含沙洪水放淤、增强海洋动力输沙能力等。The paper analyzes the macro,mid and micro influence of feedback of the estuary evolution to the channel of the lower Yellow River based on different time scales.The outcomes show that it is dialectic and unitive relationship among the three.It should conduct integrated management at the sections of the upper part of the middle reaches,lower reaches and sink of estuary for reducing the influence of feedback of the estuary evolution to the channel of the lower Yellow River: a) to build soil and water conservation facilities,establish water and sediment regulation and control system and improve warping works at floodplain area;b) to conduct river training,diversion and sediment transfer projects at the lower channel and;c) to reasonably arrange a flow path at the sink section,try to shorten the river length,dredge the river,divert high sediment concentration floods for warping and increase ocean dynamic and sediment transporting capacity.
