摘 要:记述原四川省鱼类寄生粘孢子虫两极虫MyxidiumButschli8种,楚克拉虫ZschokkelaAuerbach6种。楔形两极虫MyxidiumcuniformeFujita,卡氏两极虫MyxidiumkagayamaiKudo,鲑两极虫MyxidiumtrutaleLeger,畸形两极虫MyxidiummonstruosumSchulman为我国新记录。楚克拉虫2个新种,即沙鳅楚克拉虫,新种ZschokkelabotiaeMa,sp.nov.,银飘楚克虫,新种ZschokkelapseudolaubucaMa,sp.nov.。长薄鳅、华鲮、长鳍吻鱼句、细体鱼危为新寄主。This paper reports the Myxosporidia of freshwater fishes from Sichuan province,Myxidium Btschli 8 species,Zschekkella Auerbach 6 species,2 species are new to science and their characteristics are summarized as follows:1. Zschekkella botiae Ma,sp.nov.(p1.4,fig.64~69)Host:Botia xanthi (Gnther).Location:Gall bladder.Locality:Kiangtsing County (Upper Yangtze River).Date:April of 1978.Vegetative form:Trophozoites containg 2 spores,9.09 by 15.13 microns in size.Spores:Oval in thecal view and sutural view,sutural lines "S"shaped,shell with lines.Polar capsules round.Sporoplasm has two round nucleus.Spore length 10.5(9.09~11.4) microns,spore width 6.29(6.06~7.58) microns,spore thickness 6.06 microns,polar capsule length 3.37(3.03~3.83) microns, polar capsule width 3.07(2.5~3.8) microns.This new species resembles to Zschekkella sinocylochilusi Ma,sp.nov.,but differs from the latter in shape and dimention of spore.2. Zschokkella pseudolaubuci Ma,sp.nov.(p1.4,fig.70~74)Host:Pseudolaubuca sinensis Bleeker.Lacation:Gall bladder.Localuty:Chuhsien County(Chuh River).Date:June of 1977.Spores:Kidneyshaped in thecal view and sutural view,sutural line "S"shaped,shell vall 8~11 lines paralleted to sutural ridge.Bolar capsule round,distance between polar capsules 2.72(2.4~3.2) microns.Sporoplasm fine,but nucleus not seen.Spore length 9.47(8.8~10.4) microns,spore width 3.05(4.8~5.8) microns,polar capsule length 3.85(2.8~4.0) microns,width 3.05(2.4~3.2) microns.This new species resembles to Zschokkella carassii Nie et Li,1973,but differs from latter,anterior larger 1/3 than posterior.
