活性初乳素对吸O_3小鼠的抗衰老作用

摘　　要：小鼠吸Ｏ３后，机体的助氧化－抗氧化系统平衡失调，引起体温、体重和体力下降，免疫器官萎缩，脑Ｂ型单胺氧化酶（ＭＡＯ－Ｂ）活性增高，红细胞ＳＯＤ活性代偿性升高，血清过氧化脂质含量增加等一系列衰老现象．造模同时服用活性初乳素，能显著改善上述病症，说明活性初乳素可延缓衰老进程。The unbalance of superoxidition-antioxidition system in mice inhaled ozone lead to decrease of body weight、body tempereture、body function, to shrink of immune organs, to increase of MAO-B activity in the brain and the contents of MDA in the serum, and the SOD activity in erythrocyte was compensatively increased and a series of ageing phenomena was abserved.When the mice of ageing modle was fed with Active Colostrin, these symotoms of ageing on mouse was obviously improved. The results suggested that Active Colostrin had effect on antiaging.
