摘 要:研究了UHMWPE作为增韧材料对MC铸型尼龙力学性能和耐磨性的影响。接枝后的UHMWPE经环氧树脂处理,填充到MC铸型尼龙体系中,当UHMWPE添加量为8%时,使MC铸型尼龙冲击强度达到最大值,冲击强度提高200%,磨损量降低60%,降低50%。冲击断面SEM照片分析结果表明:UHMWPE在MC铸型尼龙中能够均匀分散,并在断面变得较为粗糙,呈现韧性断裂的特征。It was focued on the influence of UHMWPE particle as toughening material on the mechanical and wear properties of MC nylon. Graft UHMWPE was treated by epoxy resin and then added to MC nylon as filler to prove its mechanical and wear properties. When the content of UHMWPE was 8 % , the impact property of the composite was the best. The impact strength improved about 200 % , the wear abrasion decreased about 60 % , and the friction coefficient decreased 50 %. The results showed that the mechanism of UHMWPE improving MC nylon was discussed by SEM photograph. The homogeneous dispersion of the modified UHMWPE in the MC nylon and surface roughness were remarkably proved the tenacity rupture' s character.
