摘　　要：目的探讨鼻肉镜手术治疗儿童上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的方式和疗效。方法对8例儿童上颌窦后鼻孔息肉患者进行鼻内镜手术回顾性研究。结果8例患者手术后均恢复正常,鼻腔通气良好,无并发症发生。结论鼻内镜手术在治疗儿童上颌窦后鼻孔息肉上是一种安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To explore the management and its curative effect on antrochoanal polyps in children. Methods A retrospective review has been made of 8 patients of antrochoanal polyp by endoscopic surgery at our hospital. Results All of them were cured and no complications occurred.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery is a safe and effective option on antrochoanal polyps in children.
