摘　　要：目的探讨在满足医疗需要量的情况下,防止积压和浪费;并且降低医院流动资金需求的有效方法。方法分析药品的库存指标,制定药品经济进货批量,进行有效的购进、销售的核算和库存管理。结果医院药品的运营成本得到有效控制。结论增收节支是医院以效益为中心,控制成本、降低医药费用的根本出路。Objective To explore the effective method of preventing overstock and waste and decreased the need of circulating fund in the case of clinical needed. Methods Analysis the index of drugs stock. Establish the economic bulk purchase of drug. Accounting the purchase, sales and inventory and management the inventory. Results the Operating costs of drug in hospital were effectively controlled. Conclusion Increasing Revenue and Cutting Expenditure fundamental way out for hospital focusing on economic efficiency control cost and decreased medical cost.
