摘　　要：伏瑞斯特是一种口服的组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,FDA批准其用于治疗其他药物治疗期间或以后仍持续、恶化或复发的皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。现对伏瑞斯特的药理作用、药动学、药物相互作用、治疗和安全性进行综述。Vorinostat, an oral histone deacetylase （HDAC） inhibitor, has received an accelerated approval from FDA for the treatment of skin manifestations of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma （CTCL） that is persistent, progressive or recurrent after two systemic chemotherapies. A literature search was conducted using MEDLINE with the key word Vorinostat. The pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, drug interactions, clinical uses and safety were reviewed in this paper.
