摘  要:在国内外最新研究文献的基础上总结了纳米WO3的多种制备方法及各自优缺点,其中详细介绍了溶胶-凝胶法、溅射法、化学气相沉积法、蒸发法等,并对纳米WO3的潜在应用进行了介绍,并展望了其发展方向。WO3 has extensive applied prospects as one of the functional materials,which has been studied extensively in the past several decades. The paper introduced systematically the structure and a variety of preparation methods as well as their advantages and disadvantages based on the latest literature at home and abroad, especially sol-gel, sputtering, CVD, evaporation in details. The application and future development trend were also summarized.
