摘  要:用甘氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧法制备掺杂的钙钛矿型La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体复合氧化物;以苯胺、过硫酸铵为原料,盐酸为溶剂,采用原位聚合法合成粒径为18.1nm的La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-聚苯胺纳米复合材料。用IR、XRD、SEM和电化学测试对复合材料进行表征。结果表明;La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3纳米晶体阻碍了聚苯胺结晶,复合材料中PANI和La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3存在相互作用,高分子基体在一定程度上减少了纳米颗粒的团聚。循环伏安表明,在KOH溶液中,复合材料有更好的电化学活性。A new combustion synthesis method, the glycine-nitrate process was used to prepare perovskite-type doped complex oxide of La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-PANI composites whose diameter were 18.1nm were prepared in polymerization method using aniline, ammonium persulfate and hydrochloric acid as starting materials. La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3-PANI composites were characterized by IR, XRD, SEM and electrochemical tests. Results showed that the nano-crystals La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3 hampered the crystallization of PANI. Composite materials existed in the interaction between PANI and La0.7Ca0.3Fe0.25Co0.75O3 . To a certain extent, polymer matrix reduced the reunion of the nano-particles. Cyclic voltammetry showed that, in KOH solution, composite materials had a better electrochemical activity.
