摘 要:糖尿病是一种慢性疾病,长期糖代谢紊乱导致中枢神经系统的损害,进而发展为糖尿病性脑病。其发病机制还不是十分清楚,治疗药物的品种也十分有限。文中从脑内蛋白非酶糖基化、脑血管损伤、脑内糖皮质激素和神经递质异常、Tau蛋白异常、脑细胞凋亡以及氧化应激等方面叙述了糖尿病性脑病的主要发病机制。另外,文中概述了改善脑血管药物、神经营养药物、抗氧化药物等一些可用于治疗糖尿病性脑病的药物,并介绍了目前糖尿病性脑病的药物研究现状。Diabetes is a long-term and chronic disease. The long-term glycometabolism disturbance can result in impairments in the central nervous system, and then devetop into diabetic encephalopathy. The drug treat ment of diabetic encephalopathy is very limited because its pathogenic mechanism is not very clear. In this paper, we summarized main pathogenic mechanisms, including protein non-enzyme glycosylation, cerebral vessel impairments, abnormal glucocorticoids, transmitters and Tau protein, cell apoptosis and oxidative stress in the brain. In addition, we described some drugs used in the treatment of diabetic encephalopathy, including drugs improving cerebral vessels, neurotrophic drugs and antioxidants. Finally, we introduced the current situation of drug research for diabetic encephalopathy.
