摘 要:利用大孔树脂法进行多级系统串联吸附,洗脱工艺从金银花水提液中高效分离提取绿原酸,研究了多级柱串联吸附与洗脱、洗杂过程的控制方法。该系统共有4个区段:吸附区、脱附区、洗杂区。多根柱子采用模拟逆流方式分布于四个区段间,2个洗杂区起到回收多余溶剂和提高绿原酸的回收率的作用。该方法无吸附流失,树脂对绿原酸的吸附量达60mg/g。单柱操作时,水洗0.75BV(1BV=25mL)后,收集2BV洗脱液,串联洗脱总收集液的绿原酸浓度达到0.62mg/mL,收率98%。Chlorogenic acid was extracted by multi--column systems with macroporous resins. Multiple columns were distributed among four zones. Two washing zones were used in recycling of excess elution solvent and increasing of the chlorogenic acid recovery. The process of dynamic desorption technology efficiently isolated chlorogenic acid from honeysuckles water extraction. This multi system has advantages of no adsorption losses and the adsorption capacity was up to 60 mg/g. In the operation process on single column, 2BV elution was collected after the water elution at 0.75BV; the concentration of chlorogenic acid after series of elute was reached to 0.62 mg/mL, the final yield was 98%.
