摘 要:心外膜电位标测系统是心脏电生理机制研究的重要手段;如何对标测信号进行有效分析以获取准确信息是其技术难点之一。为此,提出了一种基于独立元分析、小波变换和等时图的分析方法:首先,以独立元对各电极点投影系数的离散度为噪声独立元选取准则对标测信号进行去噪处理;其次,根据标测信号的样条小波变换进行特征点识别工作;最后,根据特征点识别结果绘制除极时刻等时图。实验结果表明,该方法可有效地去除心外膜电位标测信号中的外界干扰等噪声、突出真实的除极信号,并能够精确地识别到标测信号的特征点位置,进而绘制等时图,准确、直观地刻画出除极波的传播。因此,该方法适用于心外膜电位标测系统中的信号分析工作。Epicardial potential mapping (EPM) system is an important tool for cardiac electrophysiological research. How to analyze EPM signals effectively to acquire accurate information is one of the technical difficulties. Therefore a new analysis method based on independent component analysis (ICA), wavelet transform (WT) and isochrone ma Pis proposed. Firstly, the dispersivity of independent component projection coefficients to each electrode is used as a new noise independent component selection criterion to denoise the EPM signals, then the EPM signal characteristic is recognized according to their spline WT; finally the isochrone ma Pof depolarization time is protracted according to the recognition results of the characteristics. Experiment results indicate that the method could denoise EPM signals efficiently, give prominence to the true depolarization signals, recognize EPM signal characteristics accurately and protract isochrone ma Pto reflect the depolarization wave spread correctly and visually. So this new analysis method is suitable for the signal analysis of EPM system.
