摘　　要：2008年见证了国际油价泡沫的急剧膨胀,也见证了这一泡沫的破灭。分析了油价下跌对中国石油行业勘探开发以及管道建设等产生的影响,并提出了相应的应对措施。2008 witnessed both drastic expansion and break of international oil price bubble.The article analyzes the influence of falling oil price upon the exploration & development and pipeline construction of China's petroleum industry and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
