摘 要:本文首先基于生态足迹分析法的概念及计算理论,建立了基于能值分析的建设项目生态足迹评价模型,利用该模型可以判断建设项目在整个生命周期内的生态盈余或亏损,以此来分析建设项目对当地的影响和评价项目的可持续性。而后,本文以奥运会比赛场馆——北京大学体育馆为例,运用该模型进行了生态效益分析,表明此模型具有一定的实用性。最后针对此模型提出了减物质化生产及节能建筑等措施。In this paper, based on the concept and computational theory of the ecological footprint analysis method, the ecological footprint evaluation model for construction project with emergy analysis was established, which was to assess the project be at the state of ecological surplus or loss in lifetime, so as to analyze the influences of the project on the local and to assess the sustainability. Secondly, the model was used to analyze the example of Peking University Gymnasium on ecological benefits, and to show the availability of this model. Finally, the measures of dematerializing production in construction industry and building energy-saving were proposed for this model.
