Investigation and Analysis on Energy Efficiency of Air-conditioning Water Chillers in High-rise Complex Office Buildings in Shenzhen

摘  要:本文以深圳地区28栋既有综合办公类高层建筑中的空调冷水机组为对象,对其性能系数COPe进行了调查和统计,并参照《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB 50189-2005)和《冷水机组能效限定值及能源效率等级》(GB 19577-2004),分析了其设计能效和节能潜力。在这些既有的空调系统中,有多于20%的冷水机组需在目前或近期内淘汰,其余大部分的能效水平也有待提高;10多年前建成的空调系统的部分能耗指标现已偏高,需对冷源部分进行节能改造,或在综合考虑的前提下更换新的冷机。In this paper, the coefficient of performance for refrigeration( COPe ) of air-conditioning water chillers in 28 existing high-rise complex office buildings in Shenzhen was investigated and studied. According to Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings (GB 50189-2005) and The Minimum Allowable Values of the Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Water Chillers (GB 19577-2004), their design energy efficiency and energy-saving potential were analyzed. It was concluded that more than 20% water chillers should be removed immediately or recently, and energy efficiency level of the rest should be improved. Furthermore, for air-conditioning systems which had been built for more than 10 years with high energy consumption indices, the energy-efficient retrofit on cold source side should be carried out or chillers should be replaced with new ones after comprehensive consideration.
