摘　　要：通过对目前国内城市控制爆破企业现状和管理模式的分析，指出所存在的主要问题。运用建筑工程施工项目法管理基本原理，结合控爆施工的实际，提出了一种适用控爆施工企业的管理模式-项目法管理。On the bases of analyzing the present condition and administrative mode of urbancontrolled blasting enterprises, the author points out the problems existing in the enterprises. By Combining the basic principles of managing building construction items withthe practice of urban controlled blasting, the author puts forward an administrativemode being surtable for operating urban controlled blasting.
