摘　　要：在分析目前工业锅炉行业外部发展环境的基础上,提出了以技术创新驱动工业锅炉企业和行业发展的思路,并以相应的创新实践较详细介绍了工业锅炉(窑炉)技术创新的思路和方法,希望对我国工业锅炉企业技术创新提供一点借鉴。Put forward a creation idea of driving industrial boiler enterprises development with technical innovation based on analysis of external developing environment of the present industrial boiler fields, and introduced the industrial boiler（kiln） technical innovation routine and approach by effective innovation practice. This would be referred to technical innovation for industrial boiler enterprises.
