摘  要:针对目前国内循环流化床锅炉冷渣器的使用现状,研究了一种新型CFB锅炉冷渣器,设计了冷渣器的主冷却段,采用CFD方法对其内部气固两相流动进行了数值模拟,得到新型冷渣器流场中速度与温度分布以及固体颗粒的运动轨迹,为CFB锅炉的优化设计提供了可靠依据。In view of present situation of domestic circulating fluidized bed boilers'slag coolers application, a new CFB slag cooler has been studied and the host cooling section of the slag cooler has been designed, the CFD method has been carried on the numerical simulation of the solid two -phase flow of its interior, the speed and the temperature distribution as well as the solid particle path has been obtained in the flow field of the new slag cooler, parameters of its structure and op- eration have provided the reliable basis for optimization design of CFB boilers.
