益气养阴方逆转人肺腺癌A549 DDP多药耐药机理

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴方逆转肿瘤多药耐药的机理。方法应用血清药理学方法，采用MTT法及流式细胞术，探讨益气养阴方逆转肿瘤多药耐药的机理。结果益气养阴方可以显著的提高DDP对A549 DDP细胞的增殖抑制作用，并且二者有显著的协同增效作用，二者协同具有细胞周期阻滞及诱导A549 DDP细胞凋亡的作用。结论逆转A549 DDP细胞的凋亡抵抗可能是益气养阴方逆转肿瘤多药耐药的机理之一。Objective To study the effect on Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang on reversing multidrug resistance of the human lung adenocarcinoma A549 DDP cell line. Methods Serum pharmacology was applied, the mechanism of Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang on reversing muhidrug resistance was inquired by MTr or FCM. Results Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang can inhance the inhibition of DDP to A549 DDP line cell,and it shows significant synergies and efficiency ;the combination of Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang and DDP can make cell cycle of the human lung adenocarcinoma A549 DDP line cell block,and induce apoptosis of the human lung adenocarcinoma A549 DDP line cell. Conclusion Reversing apoptosis - resistance to chemotherapy drug of multidrug - resistance tumor line cell maybe one of the mechanism of Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang on reversing muhidrug resistance.
