风景名胜区新农村建设的模式探讨——以北京市风景名胜区内村庄为例

摘　　要：北京风景名胜区内存在大量的村庄,它们是新农村建设中一个重要而又特殊的群体。对风景名胜区而言重要的是资源保护,对农村来说迫切的是要发展农村经济和提高农民生活水平,在充分合理利用而又不破坏风景名胜区宝贵资源的前提下来发展农村经济是一个充满挑战和机遇的系统工程,具有重要的现实意义。分析了北京市风景区内3个不同状况村庄的建设,提出了几种新农村建设的模式,以期为风景区内的村庄建设提供有益借鉴。There are a large number of villages in the famous scenic areas of Beijing, which are the important and special group in the new countryside development. For the famous scenic area the resources protection is important while for the village it is urgent to develop the rural economy and improve farmers＇ living standards. It is a systematic engineering with challenges as well as opportunities to develop the rural economy with the premise of fully and rational using the valuable resources of the famous scenic area without damage. The development of three villages of different conditions within the famous scenic areas of Beijing is analyzed, and several models of new countryside development are proposed to provide useful reference far the development of villages within scenic areas.
