快速城市化背景下的西安市工业用地时空演变分析

摘　　要：工业用地在城市化新增建设用地中扮演了重要角色,但由于历史原因,西安工业用地存在布局混乱、产出效益低等问题,随着土地价格市场化,工业用地供需矛盾日益突出。本文利用西安市土地利用现状资料、实地调研资料和统计资料,运用地理信息系统的缓冲区分析和计量统计分析方法,对西安市工业用地的时空演变特征进行圈层分析、扇区分析和环交通线分析。结果显示:西安市工业空间圈层和扇区特征明显,工业用地呈郊区化趋势,在其演进过程中"集聚"与"扩散"同在,前期以"扩散"为主,后期以"集聚"为主导,同时表现出对铁路依赖的减少和对城市快速路的青睐。最后,从加快工业集聚和促进工业郊区化的角度提出了优化西安工业用地布局的策略。With the transition from planned economy system to market economy system and rapid urbanization, industrial land acounted for a large proportion in increasing coustruction land, and land using conflicts appears along with fast economic development. Compared with the similar researches in western countries, domestic researches have less quantified study, and the study areas are distributed uneveuly in China. As an important industry base in China, compared with the coastal cities, the study of industrial space recombination in Xi＇an laggs behind. This paper focuses on the study of industrial space recombination in Xi＇an, and proposes important strategies to the development of industrial space. Based on the land use status data, the annual statistical data and other related data, this paper analyzes the temporal-spatial evolution and recombination of industrial space in Xi＇an. Buffering （Point buffering： downtown; line buffering： city wall, rail road, No. 2 ＆ No. 3 Ring road ） and Sector analysis was carried out by the method of GIS. The results showed that the ring and sector structure is obvious in industrial space and tending to be suburbanization. During the development period, ＂agglomeration＂ and ＂ diffusion＂ occur. ＂Diffusion＂ is obvious during the early stage, ＂agglomeration＂ is dominated during the Tatter part of period. The rail road-dependence is lessened and express way dependence is strengthened. According to the above results by scientific method, suburbanization is slow and agglomeration is incomprehensive. Corresponding strategies are proposed towards these problems, and mostly focus on industrial agglomeration.
