摘  要:主要介绍了石英陶瓷的成型技术、烧结方法、添加剂对熔融石英陶瓷烧结性能的影响及其应用现状。振动压力注浆成型是在传统的注浆工艺基础上改进而成的,能显著提高陶瓷坯体的强度,而凝胶注模成型技术则非常适用于成型复杂形状的陶瓷制品,二者均为石英陶瓷比较成熟的成型技术;在烧结过程中升温速率和冷却速率是影响石英陶瓷性能的关键因素,通过添加B4C和Si3N4能显著提高石英陶瓷制品的致密度;目前石英陶瓷已广泛应用于冶金、玻璃、钢铁、航空等诸多领域。In this paper, the effects of two mature molding technologies,sintering process, and additives on the sintering property of the fused silica ceramics and their applications are mainly introduced. The vibration pressure slip casting is modified on the base of the traditional slip casting process, and can greatly enhance the intensity of ceramic body. The gel casting technology is very useful in producing ceramic products with complex shapes. The heating rate and cooling rate are the key factor influencing the property of the fused silica during the sintering process, and the density of silica ceramic products can he noticeably improved by adding B4 C or Si3 N4. Now the fused silica ceramics have been widely applied in many fields, such as metallurgy, glass, steel, and avigation.
