摘　　要：科技投入与经济增长是一个经济系统中相互作用的两个方面,利用1991-2006年的年度数据,研究河北省地方财政科技投入与经济增长两者之间的互动关系。河北省地方财政科技投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;同时,两者仅存在单向因果性。Fiscal expenditure for S＆T and economic growth are two interactional respects in economic system, using annual data of 1991-2006, dynamic relationship between local fiscal expenditure for S＆T and economic growth in Hebei province are studied. It shows that there are long-term stable balance relationship and unindirectional causual relationship between the local fiscal expenditure for S＆T and economic growh.
