摘　　要：提高国家文化软实力是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,是落实科学发展观的战略之举。推进文化创新,是提高文化软实力的中心环节。深化文化体制机制改革是推动文化大发展大繁荣的必由之路,是提高文化软实力的强大杠杆。To improve the national culture power is an important goal of constructing well - off society, and the step to realize the strategy of scientific development. To implement the cultural creativity is a crucial phase to improve the cultural power. Furthermore, to revolute the cultural sysytem is the vital way to boost the cultural development, therefore, make a powerful cultural strength.
