降低纸幅单位蒸汽热能耗用的对策

摘　　要：该文着重论述造纸生产,尤其是纸幅干燥作业过程里,必须采取有效措施消除些不必要的蒸汽耗用和浪费。要达到这个目标,不仅要从大处着眼,确保生产过程稳定运行,消除无计划仃机和尽量回收系统里的乏汽废热,而且还要从小处着手,以严格和仔细的态度和方法对系统进行日常维修,消除它在运行时蒸汽的跑、冒、滴、漏所造成的浪费和损失。This article expounds emphatically the measures for reducing steam/heatenergy consumptior in paper-making process,especially to eliminate a big amount of steam/heat energy loss/wastage which is dispensible for web-drying operatio. In order to achieve the objective. In implementation not only We have to keep the general in sight to ensure the operatiro in a stable condition,to eliminate certain un-scheduled downtime,and to recover dull steam/hot water and its waste heat as move at possible,but also to take daily tasks in hand to prevent steam/heat energy loss/wastage from escaping, fleeing, dripping and leaking with a strict management and careful maintence routinely.
