摘  要:采用热脱附气相色谱/质谱与计算机图像处理软件技术相结合,研究不同产脂力马尾松针叶色谱指纹图谱特征.结果表明:热脱附温度为350℃时,松针各挥发组分的分离较好,其色谱指纹图谱有较好的重复性;高产脂马尾松针叶与低产脂马尾松针叶的色谱指纹图谱有31个共有组分,其中有23个组分的r值是高产脂马尾松的高于低产脂马尾松的;高产脂马尾松有9个组分的r值高出低产脂马尾松的50%以上,都集中在α值为1.36~2.10的区间;经模糊聚类法分析,10株高产脂马尾松针叶色谱图相似系数〉0.90,10株低产脂马尾松色谱图相似系数〉0.91.The diagnostic fingerprints of the needles of P. massoniana Lamb with different resin - yield capacity were analyzed by thermal desorption GC/MS and computer image processing. Results showed that with the temperature 350 ℃ of thermal desorption, volatile constituents in the needles were well separated and their fingerprints were well repeated. There were 31 common constituents in the fingerprint of high - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb and in that of low - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb. Of which T values of 23 common constituents were greater in high - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb than what in low - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb. T values of 9 common constituents were over 50% and they concentrated on the segment where a values were between 1.36 to 2. 15. By analysis with fuzzy clustering, both similarity coefficient of high - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb and that of low - yield resin P. massoniana Lamb were over 0.90.
