摘 要:借助通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了3种典型的能反映海底取样钻头刃部结构形式的土体模型。在施加相同载荷和约束条件的前提下,得到了各模型中的应力场、位移场分布图,对比了模型中相同路径上的应力、轴向位移曲线。根据各模型中应力和位移场的分布分析了不同刃部结构形式的取样钻头对取样质量和取样钻进效率的影响规律,为海底取样钻头的优化设计提供了重要参考。In this paper, three typical models of stratum are built with FEM software-ANSYS. The shape of sampling bits' crowns can be reflected in the models. On the condition that same loads are applied to the three models, distribution of von Mises stress and displacement field in models are obtained. Same stress and displacement paths are built in three models, the curves of stress and displacement show the difference among the models. According to the FEA results, the influence of the shape of sampling bits' crowns on quality of sample and rate of penetration is analyzed, which will be good for the optimum design of seabed sampling bit.
