吉他霉素与红霉素对照治疗非淋菌性尿道炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对吉他霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的有效性及安全性作出评价。方法:将160名非淋菌性尿道炎男性患者随机分为2组,分别给予吉他霉素与红霉素进行治疗,疗程均为14d,观察治疗前后临床疗效和相关指标的变化情况以及不良反应发生率等。结果:吉他霉素组与红霉素组经过14d治疗的痊愈率为81.3%与52.5%,总有效率分别为97.5%与93.8%。结论:吉他霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎安全有效。Objective： To appraise the therapeutic effect and safety of kitasamycin on nongonococcal urethritis. Methods： 160 cases of nongonococcal urethritis male patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with kitasamycin and erythromycin for 14 days, respectively. Clinical effect and incidence rate of adverse reactions were investigated before and after treatment. Results： Cure rates of kitasamycin group and erythromycin group were 81.3% and 52.5%, respectively, while the total effective rates were 97.5% and 93.8%, respectively. Conclusion： The curative effect of kitasamycin on nongonococcal urethritis is high with litter sideeffect.
