非诺洛芬钙尿药浓度的HPLC测定

摘　　要：非诺洛芬钙尿样经酸解后用正己烷提取，采用ＨＰＬＣ法以酮洛芬为内标，检测尿药浓度，平均回收率为９８．１％。Urine samples are acidified by concentrated sulfuric acid and heated, then extraced with cyclohexane. Ketoprofen is an internal standard. The detection limit of fenoprofen in urine is 50 ng/ml. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1.05～78.75 μg/ml (r=0.9996), the average recoveries of fenoprofen and internal standard are 98.1% and 98.3%. 
