摘　　要：农村公路是农村经济发展、农民致富奔小康的重要基础设施,它的"通达"与"通畅"直接关系到广大农民群众的根本利益。加强农村公路建设,繁荣农村交通运输是增加农民收入的强有力措施和重要战略任务,也是农村社会和农村经济腾飞的推动器和关键点。Rural roads are important infrastructures for the rural economic development and well-off farmers. Its ＂accessible＂ and ＂open＂ is closely related to the fundamental interests of the masses of the people. The more open, the better for the road. To strengthen the building of rural roads and prosperity of the rural transport are both strong measures and important strategies for increasing the income of the farmers and key points for the rural community and rural economic development.
