摘  要:目的:探讨膝关节骨挫伤的MRI诊断价值。方法:23例骨挫伤均行X线平片、SET1WI、FSET2WI和脂肪抑制(STIR)序列T2WI检查,其中9例另行CT检查。结果:23例患者均显示有骨小梁微骨折、骨髓水肿及小出血点的异常信号改变。结论:MRI在骨挫伤影像检查中具有明显的诊断优势,其STIR是明确诊断的最佳序列。Objectlve:To evaluate the low field MR imaging in diagnosing bone contusions of the knee joint. Methods:23 cases with bone contusion were performed SE T1WI,FSE T2WI,STIR T2WI sequence and X ray plain film,and 9 cases of them were performed additionally CT. Results:MRI showed bone injury in 23 cases,MRI images could precisely demonstrate micro-lesion of bone marrow edema,hemorrhage.Conclusion:MRI has fairly high advantage in diagnosing bone contusions and STIR would be the best effective sequence.
