摘 要:目的:探讨脑出血患者早期血清心肌酶变化的临床意义。方法:70例脑出血患者在发病48h内检测血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),并以同期89例健康体检者作为对照。比较脑出血组和对照组,意识障碍组和无意识障碍组心肌酶变化。结果:脑出血患者心肌酶高于健康体检者,意识障碍患者心肌酶高于无意识障碍患者。结论:脑出血患者早期血清心肌酶应激性增高,血清心肌酶谱可以作为判断疾病的严重程度和预后的指标之一。Objective:To study the characteristics and mechanism of cardiac enzymes of acute cerebral hemorrhage (CH). Methods:Aspartate transaminase (AST),ereatine kinase (CK), phosphocreafine kinase (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were determined in 70 patients with CH within 48 h and compared with normal control group. The cardiac enzymes of CH group and control group,consciousness disturbance group and consciousness group were compared. Results:The cardiac enzymes of CH were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with consciousness group, the cardiac enzymes were significant increased in consciousness disturbance group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The cardiac enzymes are greatly increased in CH. And the serum cardiac enzymes can be helpful to determine the severity and prognosis of CH.
