高效液相色谱法测定骨筋丸片中蛇床子素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立骨筋丸片定量检测方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法。C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(6∶4),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:322nm。结果:蛇床子素进样量在0.04～0.40μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率为96.67%,相对标准差(RSD)为0.77%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可作为骨筋丸片中的含量测定方法。Objective ：To establish the quality control method of Gujinwan Tablets. Methods： RP-HPLC was used with Hypersil C18 columm （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （6：4）at the flow rate of 1 ml/min ,and the detection wavelength was 322 nm. Results：Osthole showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.04-0.40 μg.The recovery rate was 96.67% and RSD was 0.77%. Conclusion ：This method is simple,accurate and can be used for content determination of osthole in Gujinwan Tablets.
